Journey to Healthy and Fit

My Goals:
Goal weight: 125
Goal body fat %: 19%
But the numbers don't matter as much as how I feel! These are just things to work towards, my number 1 priority is to be more fit and healthy in general, no matter what the scale says.



My Program:
Nutrition:
Eat between 1500 and 1800 calories a day.
Eat nutritious foods! - less processed, more natural and fruits and veggies.
Drink at least 10 cups of water per day.

Fitness:
Right now I am mostly biking and walking for cardio and only jogging 1-2 miles. But I want to work up to:
Jog 3 miles 6 days a week.
P90X 6 days a week.
