Maybe not?). I read a lot, knit and go shopping in search of great deals. Although I want others to laugh with me, lately I am really saddened by world events. Especially those in our own country and to me it seems that very few people really care. I know this site is nutrition, exercise and diet, but sometimes I'd love to hear about other things going on in this crazy world. I guess it's my mood right now.

My Goals:
My goal for exercising is to start. The MS causes me great fatigue but exercising, especially walking, is supposed to give me more energy. Sounds like an oxymoron to me. When I do walk, I want to take a nap.
My Program:
Start walking 10 minutes a day for a week, then extend time.
