ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS: That is the diagnosis given me when I was 28 years old! Was told by an Orthopedist that I would be crippled and in a wheel chair permanently in my forties and be disabled. I refused to accept that 'dooms day' sentence ................ After defying the crippling effects this brings, I know my spine fused itself together, I went through unbelievable pain and still have stiffness but .................... many years later, I continue working in health care full time, have centered my life around fitness and exercise and beat all odds!~
The Rheumatologist who treated me remarked, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up!" He told me many of his patients w/ the same condition are disabled. I am a living example of what fruits exercise, fitness, and FAITH can bring .............

~I am so happy to be a part of SP! ......In such a short time, I have met some of the most wonderful people! It truly is an adventure~

~~~~~~~~~~~~~Rules of Chocolate Easter Eggs ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
If you get melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.
Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
Diet tip: Eat an Easter egg before each meal.
It'll take the edge off your appetite, and that way you'll eat less.
If you can't eat all your chocolate, it will keep in the freezer. But if you can't eat all your chocolate, what's wrong with you?
If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.
Money talks. Chocolate sings.
Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger.
The problem: How to get two pounds of chocolate eggs home from the store in a hot car.
The solution: Eat the eggs in the car park.
Why is there no such organization as Chocoholics Anonymous?
Because no one wants to quit.
