CHOOSING Health is to Take the High Road~(read on)

ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS: That is the diagnosis given me when I was 28 years old! Was told by an Orthopedist that I would be crippled and in a wheel chair permanently in my forties and be disabled. I refused to accept that 'dooms day' sentence ..... After defying the crippling effects this brings, with my spine completely fused , I went through unbelievable pain and still have stiffness but ..... many years later, I continue working in health care full time, have centered my life around fitness and exercise and beat all odds!~A rheumatologist who treated me remarked, " whatever you are doing keep it up" ...(swimming and lots of walking) plus most of all, I am a believer.... And my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ has brought me through much peril into a place of victory and fulfillment..

Hi! You're welcome! I've found another site that offers unrestricted use of their photos. Can't remember the name right now, but when I do, I'll pass it on. I'll try to make it to the Team Wall soon but I'm behind in my writing my next whistleblowing email and I really have to get on top of things.

Thanks for checking out my pictures. My DH is a good man. I don't know what I would do without him.

Thanks for your comments on my Permission blog. Glad I could give you a laugh. I would love to write full-time. Oh and read full-time. And craft full-time. And Spark full-time. I think there might not be enough of me to go around! Or the day needs to be way longer.

I believe I have a Spark mail message out there that I need to give more than a passing glance to...
    Peace out.

Hi! I just wanted to tell you thank you for being such a big motivator. I appreciate everything you do. The treasure trove has been such a blessing to me because I can read so many blogs that I otherwise wouldn't have known existed. Thank you for reading my blog and for your support. God bless you always (and your husband).

I am so like you! Whenever I hear people talk about how many closets full of clothes, I wonder why. My mantra is if I haven't worn it in 10 years, it goes. Of course, I had to get in the habit of not buying a lot of clothes because my husband and I shared a regular-sized single closet for 22 years. Now we have a walk-in closet and it's so spacious - but I refuse to fill it just because we can.
