No MORE LYING TO MYSELF

I am in the worst shape of my life. I realize though, If I start today, and keep going, I will never be as bad as I am today. I can no longer put everyone ahead of me. I need to take care of myself.



Staying in spark range.
Exercise daily 30-45 minutes (at least 10 minutes on off days)
Drink water, 8 glasses
Don't overwhelm Myself with nonsense. It doesn't have to be complicated. It is simple. Make good choices, exercise and drink water.

My Program:
NOT QUITTING and NOT GETTING OVERWHELMED:

2016 1260-1560calories. No more than 70 g. carbs daily and aim for 100 g. protein daily. Watch Sugar and processed FOOD. 10 glasses of water a day. Multivitamin.
