Time to get off the roundabout of gaining, losing then gaining again. Want to lose this mush that encases my body, regain some semblance of fitness and feel healthy again - ok I'm never going to be as skinny as I was when I was younger (don't want to be tbh), will probably not be able to run cross country competitively like I used to in my youth and that's Ok too. I do want to be able to have the energy to get me thru the day and to feel fit and able and capable.

My Goals:
want to get out of obese category first of all :) then from there track downwards to a reasonable weight / build that I feel happy at.

tracking everything - the good, the bad and the ugly:)

starting over on c25k again .... and starting to lift again to preserve/ build some muscle mass.
