My biggest trouble is getting moving. Somedays it is just so hard to get up and work out. I went out and bought a resistance band at Walmart and did that today. Then I realized today was a cardio day. My other huge hurdle is not planning my meals and grabbing something unhealthy or not eating. That never works out too well.
Keep it up. I am losing about 2 lbs a week. It will be nice when in a month I can measure inches.... 2006 days ago
