Ready to be done with this weight

Since high school, I had been an avid exerciser and managed to keep off my weight. That all changed about 5 years ago. And for at least the last 2 years, I have done nothing. I have no energy, no spark, no motivation. Having said that, the desire to return to be my thin energetic self remains ever hopeful. Therefore, here I am on this sight hoping that my weight changes for the better .

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. I would like to loose the 30+ lbs of excess wt; get back to my joy of exercise, and have a change of attitude toward my health.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
For one, trying to stay conscientious of my goals and present in the here and now so that I may be successful. Too easily, I loose sight of the bigger picture.

Other Information:
Anything else you would like to tell people. Could include things like your favorite books or movies, a quote, anything.

I would love to have a buddy to pursue this challenge. I loose focus, often because I go at this alone and can easily forget my purpose or reasons for staying committed.
