Weights at the gym 2 days/week 30-40 miles on bike twice a week 2-3 mile jog twice/weekly
Personal Information:
I live in beautiful central Pennsylvania, where there are no mountains, just rolling hills (according to my son in Colorado). Love to spend time in the outdoors whether I'm biking, running, gardening, or walking with my husband and Daisy, our goofy, lovable "2nd child" (an English Springer/Border Collie mix).
