Personal Information:
I live in beautiful central Pennsylvania, where there are no mountains, just rolling hills (according to my son in Colorado). Love to spend time in the outdoors whether I'm biking, hiking, gardening, or walking with my husband or friends.

Ah, Cheese! I still mourn the day I learned that cheese was not my friend. At one point I was a member of a mail-order cheese club, and many lunches in the 70s consisted of cubes of cheese. But now, I have to consider not only the saturated fat, but the sodium and the calories. Fortunately, cheese still makes my Controlled Substances list. Thanks for the SparkGoodie! I doubt I'll ever be the top weight loss leader any week. It takes everything I have to lose 2.3-2.6 lbs. in a week. I'm okay with that rate. I'm shooting for being the most consistent loser on the team.
