*if you are viewing my food log, I usually track my main meals and big snacks and shoot for 1000-1200 or so calories, but then munch on about 300 more that I don't track... so don't go by my tracker, it's not honest :)

I have been on and off this site for many years, under many usernames, but this time is different... I now have a young son and patients (I am a nurse) to be healthy for. I am fully committed to achieving my goal weight of 140 lbs in 2013.

Is that a veggie tattoo "grow some"? How hilarious! I think you are doing awesome on your weight loss. Thanks for sharing. I did the SP recipe 'chinese orange chicken last night, my daughter eats nothing but sweet and sour chicken and she loved it. It was really quick and easy too. emoticon

I saw breast reduction surgery is one of your "goals" (for lack of a better word. ) I would love to have this done but, but the cost is frightening. I hope that losing weight will let me reduce the size naturally. I added you as a friend. Hope we can support each other; it looks like we have similar goals too, emoticon emoticon emoticon
