*if you are viewing my food log, I usually track my main meals and big snacks and shoot for 1000-1200 or so calories, but then munch on about 300 more that I don't track... so don't go by my tracker, it's not honest :) I have been on and off this site for many years, under many usernames, but this time is different... I now have a young son and patients (I am a nurse) to be healthy for. I am fully committed to achieving my goal weight of 140 lbs in 2013.
