3CATSLEP's is ready for September?

I'm doing the Daniel Plan right now and learning how to buy, cook and eat all sorts of new whole foods and have stopped using Sweet & Low! What a difference - the pounds are coming off and I'm healthier for it!

I love music, piano, singing, cats, Longaberger baskets, eBaying, trivia games, sports, practical jokes, imitating things, being a goof, being an encourager, and being a good wife.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and getting into some fun ...

SOmetimes I feel so discouraged on this weight loss journey. I work so hard and get nowhere. It is those times I have to remember that through Christ I can do all things. this song, written by Geron Davis, says it so well.

Hi! I'll be getting the book on the website, not a fan of ebay nor of Amazon. Yes, there is a cookbook, but I've got a ton of those from having been a professional cook. I've decided to start again as I was struggling the last week.

Hi, I am just following the Daniel Plan food & fitness currently, I haven't purchased the book yet.
I am doing better with getting active, but am struggling with the food plan. I have been eating whole, organic foods for over 30 years, so that parts easy. My problem is that I need a structured food plan to follow. I've done the 10 day detox plan twice already and I'm looking for new ideas. I can't just look at the Daniel plate plan and create a menu for the week. But that is my problem.
