The Constant Journey

I want to be healthy which equals 15,000 steps a day and tracking food. It's the only way for me. 15,000 steps seems as if it shouldn't be that hard but I find myself really working at it. I have to exercise for at least an hour a day to hit my goal. I can hit 10,000 by concentrating on moving throughout the day and adding in a few extra walks but with 15,000 more has to be done and, after a slip, I can start to see and feel improvement in a couple of days.

Indeed, it is always easier to make any journey with a person who will hold you accountable. I love the fact that I am not in this alone, but others will come alongside me and walk this out with me.. I have completed my day 4 of working out, now I just want to keep this up and say 40 and 400 consecutively! Consistency is possible!
