Encouraged to lose 40 pounds by December 13, 2012

I feel very motivated right now to become more healthy. I am presently attending a weigh watcher's meeting once a week which is very helpful for me. I need other people to help hold me accountable, or I have a tendency to slip at times. I like the idea of going to the meeting and being transparent with others about the struggles I have with eating and exercising. There is something about admitting things that feels GREAT ! I like the idea of going to the meeting and being transparent with others about the struggles I have with eating and exercising. There is something about admitting things that feels GREAT ! It's an awesome release. I am starting today July 26, 2012 at 154.8 pounds. My goal is to be down to 115 pounds by December 13, 2012. I would like to lose, on average, 2 pounds per week. I love walking, hiking, zumba, and am interested in picking up biking and kyaking. I presently bought 16 sessions at the gym with a personal trainer as well.

I started my journey on 09/05/2006 and I did not expect for it to happen....I lost 30lbs in 4 months!!!

Spark People WORKS!!

It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

and remember if motivation leaves you, find will power and reel him on in :)
