My Goals:
I am hoping to loose around about 50lb in weight, i know this won't be very easy, i have already lost 42lb over the past year! So i know that i am going in the right direction.

I am also wanting to get fit that way i will keep the weight off, this i am slowely doing. Adding a little more each day. I want to walk more and this year i hope to go on many long walks.

My Program:
I aim to eat better.

Exercise more.

walk more.

Carry on with my degree in English Lit.

Garden more and spend more time with my honey!

emoticon Sarah! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
