Current Status:
40PUDDLEJUMPER hay I had my first outdoor zumba experience I've found zumba that works on my windows phone so I danced outside this morning it was much cooler and I had loads of space!

My Goals:
I am hoping to loose around about 50lb in weight, i know this won't be very easy, i have already lost 42lb over the past year! So i know that i am going in the right direction.

I am also wanting to get fit that way i will keep the weight off, this i am slowely doing. Adding a little more each day. I want to walk more and this year i hope to go on many long walks.

My Program:
I aim to eat better.

Exercise more.

walk more.

Carry on with my degree in English Lit.

Garden more and spend more time with my honey!

No problem. Sorry I can't help you out sooner. I'll keep an eye out for your message in July. Hubby and I are off to Alaska. I have two half marathons during our trip. It's going to be a great one. Can't wait to go!

Hi Sarah, nice to see you and thanks for stopping by. I have no idea if the snake I saw was poisonous or not I do not think so as I think it's intention was to get to the Robin's nest that has made a home under my deck. I can tell you one thing tho' ... it scared the crap out of me !!!
