My Goals:
My new goal is to maintain my weight of 125-135.

Goals met: "I want to loose 50 pounds. I am 5'3'' and started with 175 pounds. I want to be 125 pounds by 9-1-15."

My Program:
I run 4 to 4.5 miles a day. also I walk 3.5 miles a day. I have now started weight training 3 days a week. I am on Weight Watchers as well as stay connected to Spark People.

Personal Information:
I am originally from MN but moved in 1998 to TX. I am a very hard worker and own my own childcare business. I am married and have 2 daughters and 2 cats.

Other Information:
I really enjoy cross stitching and watching CSI and Criminal Minds. I surf the web way too much and when I can, I love to travel. I love to cruise and I am a Disney fan.
