Enjoying the Journey

I AM WORTHY OF LOVE, BELONGING AND JOY NOW, AS IS - Brene Brown

These words are my new mantra. It reminds me that I am good enough now and to not postpone living until I reach my goals. It also serves as a reminder about how far I have traveled on my journey to a healthier and more active me. I have successfully lost over a hundred pounds, walked over 2 dozen half marathons and smaller race events and greatly improved my overall health. I am physically and spiritually stronger than I was younger.

I will continue to grow healthier and be active. I will travel and do whatever matters most with people that I care about and who care about me.

I will continue to use the resources of SparkPeople, especially the trackers, teams, blogs and exercise library. This is the reason why I joined SparkPeople and have remained an active member. The resources and support are amazing!

I will reach my ultimate weight loss goal. I know that. I do not know when. It does not matter. I intend to enjoy the journey while reaching my goals.
