Always & Forever

LIVE THE LOVE...There has got to be more positivity in the world than just Spark..but thank God for Spark...

I've always told my kids, 'I love you, always & forever"..

And we want this weight loss, and/or better health for how long?

4EVERNESS What would make a 2 yr old change from saying, "No thank you, down please" when finished eating, to spitting the last bites of food out, and saying 'down'? LOL

My Goals:
Here, my goals are to lose weight, and hopefully help those that I can, and not be a pain to those that I can't.

Otherwise, my goals are to first do right by God, then His creations.

My Program:
Right now, not sure how long I will last at it, but my weekly goals are 885 minutes for a total of 6300 calories burned per week. So I can lose the total of 54 lbs by sometime this September.

You said, "Someone in your life needs you to need them." Wow, that was like a arrow, Gail, and well aimed (but it was a GOOD arrow!). :) Yes, went to the doctor, limited to "clear liquids" while I wait for results from a battery of tests, and feeling considerably better. I was asked so many questions about where I'd eaten in the last month (and whether I'd been out of the country) that it made me wonder whether there was something "about" that hadn't gotten press. Whatever, I guess. I'm looking forward to some answers, and meanwhile feeling very grateful for my health. Thanks for your concern and for your prayers, dear friend. :)

Regarding your question about whether I'd seen a doctor yet, the short answer is, "No." However, I've gotten myself to the point of putting it on my today's list to make an appointment. I really try to give my body time to heal itself, but I think this is one of those times it needs a bit of help. Thanks for your concern, my friend. :)

Actually there is just the one listing of Playing an instrument. :) However our church isn't the "sing two songs and your are done type."
We practice before service for aprrox. 45 min. and then play anywhere from 30min. to an hour during service. So I choose to count it. :) Hugs to you and best wishes! emoticon
