My Goals:
Here, my goals are to lose weight, and hopefully help those that I can, and not be a pain to those that I can't.

Otherwise, my goals are to first do right by God, then His creations.

My Program:
Right now, not sure how long I will last at it, but my weekly goals are 885 minutes for a total of 6300 calories burned per week. So I can lose the total of 54 lbs by sometime this September.

Thanks for liking my 55,000 points.

I didn't give you very much response to your blog comments earlier. So here's my thoughts on that. I have worked to lose weight for most of my adult life. I have taken off up to 90 lbs, and put it and more back on. In the blog I was talking about gaining muscle and doing cardio for fitness. It's like if you can't lose the weight ( and keep it off) why not say I'll put on muscle, maybe then lose some fat , and just agree I will still be big. If that's vain to want to have muscle rather than fat, then I guess I might be vain. Yes, I'd rather look more in shape than to have a gut hanging over my belt Glenn

Thanks for the wonderful home gym. I've always wanted one. Now, I have no excuse for not exercising. :)

Could be that the person only has troubles with the slots, and is happy as long as he can do them. Some alcoholics make miserable friends when they give up drinking.

Also, I'm not giving up exercising. Merely reducing the starin on my legs to lower the fatigue factor. In fact, I am considering adding some extra upper body work. Glenn
