My "REAL" Effort to Lose Weight

I'm not a creative or clever writer (especially about myself), so I'm not sure what to say. The last time I seriously tried to lose weight, I lost 20 pounds and felt great. Unfortunately, because I lost the momentum to continue I gained it plus more back. I need to take this seriously and make sure I actually reach my long-term goal so I can feel better about myself which will help me to keep it off!!!!

My Goals:
Tie my shoes without losing my breath!

My Program:
Tracking EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth! Even when I was young and slim I was not athletic. My exercise regime (at this point) is working in the woods as a survey technician. Eventually, I hope to incorporate walks with my dogs and core strengthening routines. Not there yet . . . but it's in the plan.
