This one thing, I am doing for me. I don't do that much....things just for me. I'm looking forward to being reunited with the me under all of this fat.

I want to feel younger, I want to look younger. I want to wear a descent bathing suit when I get in the pool or go to the beach. I want to be able to walk into the clothing store and find something on the "normal size" racks. This time I am setting very small goals. 5 lb increments. Easier to see and achieve.
It is definately a "Take a Bite and Write" scenario. For me, it is absolutely a MUST. It keeps me on track and makes me think before I eat.
I am a big water drinker. I have always loved it! I'm not a soda drinker at all. I drink anywhere between 15-18 glasses a day. I guess that's one good thing. I know when I'm running low! I almost instantly feel sluggish. I joined a volleyball team at our local Parks and Rec and enjoy it immensly!
