I've had my surgery, now is time to regain my strength and get healthy again. I will continue to work on losing weight and getting back in shape, now with the help of my medical team.

My Goals:

I'm eating healthy, limiting portions, sodium and fat. Nothing is completely off limits.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in Maryland. Have 2 collage age kids. One lives at home while going to school, the other is going to school out of state. Recently had heart surgery and am working my way back to health. I plan on being stronger and healthier than ever!
