This will be the year
Last year I was able to stick to a plan and not quit, thats a positive. I lost 30 lbs the whole year, not too impressive but that is 30 lbs I do not have to deal with this year. See, in yester years I would lose weight and gain it back before the end of the year. Each beginning of the year I would start at the same place. Not this time, I was able to keep the 30 lbs off so I am starting the year a little lighter than other times. I lost more than 10% of my weight and my next goal is ...

Not this time, I was able to keep the 30 lbs off so I am starting the year a little lighter than other times. I lost more than 10% of my weight and my next goal is the next 10%. Last year was my practice run so this year I know what works for me.
