I'm trying to take some "me" time in the little things... Been doing a little better but have a LONG way to go! :)
Hmmmm.... I think if we do even a Friday evening (strength/cardio) or any other day of the weekend it would help motivate us... Well me at least! LOL! Girl I've got 33 pounds to goal this by years end I'm tryna get on it!
