My number one goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to stay active. The most recent activity i have taken up is kickboxing, and it has been a real challenge! Also just began working with Bodymedia Link armband and trying to adapt to the best ranges to work with for a gradual weight loss (i have 5 to 8lbs to go before maintaining and it is not happening very easily :)

My interests include nature, hiking, kayaking, walking along the local stream, being at the lake, reading, ...

That Bodymedia link looks cool! I'm still at the same sub-acute rehab place, stressful at times but the supportive co-workers make it work. Hey, that's great you got that certification, always great to keep learning! emoticon

I haven't been on Spark in a long time. I have been seeing a doctor to help with my weight and they make me use a different app/site. :(
Things are going good though. I've lost quite a bit of weight - about three + dress sizes.
I'm going to try to stop in here more often after next week.
How are things going for you?
