Holding On To My Dream

I've been doing Spark People for a couple of years now and have lost 65 pounds. Stress and coping in negative ways have added back 15 of those pounds.

I need to remember and re-commit to eating healthy foods in proper portions and find new ways to deal with stress.

I'm not giving up this time, but am putting this out there to help me stay accountable.

I can do this!

I'm trying to eat more veggies, and music is a must have for workouts! The positive additude is harder to keep.

Personal Information:
I'm married to a great guy who supports my weight loss efforts.

My family and friends are the best and I feel fortunate to have them in my life.

Other Information:
My other passions include Rick Springfield who is often my musical inspiration during workouts, James Patterson books, and the green Bay Packers even though I'm from Vermont!
