Working On Wellness

I've been doing Spark People for a couple of years now and have lost 65 pounds. Stress and coping in negative ways have added back 15 of those pounds.

I need to remember and re-commit to eating healthy foods in proper portions and find new ways to deal with stress.

I'm not giving up this time, but am putting this out there to help me stay accountable.

This journey is a process and I am learning from my mistakes as well as my successes. I can do this!

Hang in there. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. May just take your scale awhile to transition past that.
