My Goals:
-develop healthy habits

-run 1.5 miles in 13 minutes

-go from 155 to 125 lbs


My Program:
-strength training on Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, perhaps even the "100pushups" and "200situps" challenges

-random cardio on Monday, Wednesday, Friday ranging from yoga and DVD workouts to knocking around a heavy bag

-Saturdays will be any 'for fun only' exercise I can find~! Though probably just napping :P

I agree entirely -- it's a lifestyle change and it's okay to go slow and build great habits. I think this is why Sparkpeople will actually work for me!

Thanks for starting the great message board conversation on exercise that doesn't feel like exercise! I commented on it today and I'm always looking for new ideas for burning calories! Being able to read all the responses was really helpful. So, thanks!
