I am 45 years, divorced with three adult children and one granddaughter. A grandson is due in July and another baby in Oct.
I have always been 'slightly' big and some issues these years have changed that to more then slightly.
I joined SP on a whim and am having a grand time here!
The friends make the journey more than bearable. I've not reach my goal weight, yet.... but will get there!

My goal is to be at my healthy weight and as fit as I can be.

fitness three times a day until minutes met. Morning, at work and after work

Track everything and I mean everything. If I need to add something on from the day before, I WILL do it!

Keep active, standing every 30 minutes at work

if it fits ..you're good...if it is getting tight..
you need to get with the program...

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Running is such a like/hate relationship for me and has been a transformation throughout the last year and a half. I will say that no matter what people look like on the side of the road, running is SO hard. As long as I keep making personal goals, then I will hopefully continue on. All of this healthy lifestyle is a frame of mind thing.

Thanks for visiting my blog "Emotions". Healthy or No Nighttime Snacking is listed as one of my goals, but like you, I seem to be missing the link to success at this. Oh, I know now! The link buster is my DH - LOL! Come 10 p.m. and he thinks it is snack time no matter how full he is.
