I am 46 years, divorced with three adult children, one granddaughter, and two grandsons. I have always been 'slightly' big and some issues these years have changed that to more then slightly.
I joined SP on a whim and am having a grand time here!
The friends make the journey more than bearable. I've not reach my goal weight, yet.... but will get there!

My goal is to be at my healthy weight and as fit as I can be.
