Don't Quit, Don't Ever Give Up!!!!!!

Well I have gone from 279 lbs down to 228 now back up to 245 and holding. My problem is now since my wife is out of work, I have had to take up a second job. The second job of course does not afford me the 5-6 days a week to workout. I am a bit upset about ths but with the New Year I have attempted to adapt and move on. (Old Marine saying). I have not made a resolution to lose weight because I just don't believe in that. My resolution is just to continuing to be healthy. I feel I am back ...

My Goals:
I would like to get down to 199 lbs within the next year. I love baseball and playing racquetball. I play racquetball about 1 hour a day Fri, Sat, Sunday.

My Program:
Well I have gone from 279 down to 228, now back to 240. I realize it is all about the food intake. I have been doing lots of cardio, not enough weights. I need a little jump start again. But the economy takes up a lot of my time.

Other Information:
I am a big New York Yankees fan. Have been since 1966, when I went to my first game ever at the Old Yankee Stadium.

Come on Dude! You can do it, keep the focus use those old man muscles (the ones between your ears). I had a lot of learning to do about myself and injuries, once you get that under your belt you can make the best decisions to move forward.

2 jobs, I have one that is 7 days a week and as many hours as I can work. Therefore, we need have better focus and better planning to get our workouts in.

I loved your comment in your spinning team post about adapting and moving on. Congrats on great problem solving, and I hope your wife finds work soon so you can cut back to one job!
