Hi I am over 50 and trying to get healthy. From 2011 til resent I was a member of weight watchers and lost over 60 pounds. Love the program but cannot afford it at this time. I have gained back 12 to 15 pounds and hope Sparkpeople is an answer to my prayer to get back on track and lose weight. I got in to my wedding dress after 28 years. Now I have gained 30 pounds and going back to weight watchers and doing spark people too. i am getting closer to 60 all the time.

i would say I have been addicted to reading historial romance novells. I try only to read Christion fiction.

I am a Christian and only read the KJV of the Bible.

I like to spend time with the grandchildren. I like to go to church and sing with the choir. i am actually the song leader. But really i just try and keep up with the piano player.
