STARTING OVER--POSITIVELY

I've been on this site for some time now and have had some success...the lack of success is mainly due to my own lack of motivation and determination. I tend to get lazy and give up easily on things that are difficult and weight loss is definitely difficult for me. You see, I LOVE food! Yes, I like to cook it, eat it and enjoy it. Today (1/7/2014) starts a new idea I have put together for changing my attitudes and motivations. Instead of doing the all encompassing and impossible to stick to ...

Instead of doing the all encompassing and impossible to stick to resolutions, I have created a Life Improvement Plan for myself and in this plan have small S.M.A.R.T. goals in eight categories to work on throughout the year. The best part? If I master a small goal, I can always add new ones or adjust the current ones. So here's to a new resolve and success!

Welcome to the Colorado Team!!! I'm a native from Denver and love this state from the activities outdoors to the postcard pictures that our Rocky Mountains give. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle!

Welcome to the diabetes challenge , Set up your goals and stay with them.

We are as close as your computer, that is the beauty of this site.
I have been on this site just over a year and the improvements they have made are totally amazing and helpful to almost all of us.
There are a lot of other things to track and do . Insider has given me new places to go to find things faster. Track and exercise, keep it all simple, you can do this.
