I've gone rounds with the dieting game. I've done a lot. No matter what anyone says, counting calories is dieting -- it is a form of restricted eating and one I no longer want to be a part of. Intuitive eating is not only a way to eat, it is a way to live. I am tired of living a life of obsession including the scale. I have given myself a commitment to give up the scale once and for all. Happiness does not reside in the numbers, it resides in being happy from within.

My Goals:
I would like to adopt an all around healthy lifestyle... not a "diet" through the process of Intuitive Eating.

Intuitive Eating has become intuitive living!

My Program:
With my pregnancy, I am focusing primarily on yoga for cardio, strengh and flexibility.

I have done 3 rounds of ChaLEAN Extreme, 2 of P90X and hurt myself. I am focusing now more on circuit type workouts, endurance cardio and lots of yoga to strengthen my stabilizers. I love fitness and exercise and feel it is such a big part of who I am! I am always looking for new, fun workouts!

Other Information:
I love to watch movies and really dig on indie flicks! I like anything that is creative and different! I love to get into a good movie and be able to think about it long after! I love music and am the same with my music. I like a lot of the older stuff (the new stuff all sounds the same to me -- look at me, I sound old, lol!) but I love good music that is different and requires actual talent!

I'm doing pretty well. I have a knee injury that is really bugging me, but I'm taking some more serious steps to banish it. I'm so sorry to hear about the stomach crud - that stinks! Also, have you all been far from the fires? I hope so. It just hit me that they might have affected you. I really hope you all feel much better soon!
