R is 6 foot and 155 lbs and that's with eating nuts all throughout the day. I have my seeds in my morning smoothie and one serving of nuts a day. Since we are eating only plants, I hate to cut out the nuts and seeds I'm getting because they are so nutritious...what I need to cut out is my junk food binges that take me out of the whole foods category. I'm working on it...it will be a life long challenge apparently. Those binges are tied in with emotions rather than clear thinking.
All is well here except for a week of 50+ mph winds, with higher gusts and we have another week of this. It's very hard to spend much time outdoors, which is my favorite place to walk, rather than the treadmill. Even our outdoor animals don't want to be outdoors right now.
Let's keep up with our healthy aims...it had to be a way of life, this moving and eating healthy foods. 4 days ago

We has a good Easter but we did have to put to sleep the 14 year old German Shepherd rescue that lived with us for 6 months. We gave him a wonderful 6 months though...he was so happy to have horses to bark at and dogs to play with. We'll miss him but we know he's where he needs to be now. 8 days ago
