Maintaining on the sliding scale and beyond. Life has given me enough endless challenges! I need to keep learning how to cope with them, as this is life! No one said it would be easy or fair. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. Retirement has brought me to the time in my life that I’m the healthiest I have ever been. my favorite challenge is eating one pound of veggies a day. Half cooked and half raw.
