I have set goals of things that I really want and I have stuck to them. They are listed on the right side of my spark page if you want to check them out. My sisters and close friends are helping to keep me accountable.
I also remember my ultimate goal and how I want to look and that has been enough to resist the bagels and donuts at work. I still struggle with snacking at home, but when I remember my goals and rewards it makes it a lot easier.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! So fair I've raised $505 for the 3-Day for the Cure. What I did was sent an email out to everyone I know - work contacts, friends, family, my Mary Kay lady... Everyone! asking them to donate to support me in my walk. There are some great template letters on the 3-day website. Then I'm having a garage sale and making sure to let people know that all the proceeds are going to the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure - I'll also have a tin for donations there. I'm a little scared to try to make it to the minimum $2,300, but I can do it - and you can too!! Good luck! =) 1945 days ago
