Ready to get back on track....

I am married with two small children, both boys. I commute 140 miles RT to Washington DC everyday for work to sit in front of a computer all day, and the pounds have piled on. I need to get myself back into shape! I need to keep myself motivated!

Update Jan 2012: Ughhh...I have gained back the 16 pounds I lost while I was on sparkpeople, now I'm back and dedicated to getting back to where I need to be.

Update June 2013: Starting Fresh and setting new goals. I ...

Update June 2013: Starting Fresh and setting new goals. I want/need to become healthier for myself and my children. Goals below are from my June starting weight of 208.

Goals:
-10 pounds = onederland, satisfaction enough. Started couch to 5K program.
-20 pounds = Reward - new cute workout clothes/compression clothes
-30 pounds = Reward - new work clothes. Be running a 10K.
-40 = Reward - go back to riding horses again!
-50 = Get active with family - back off tv
-60 =
-70=Become a runner, be confident, be healthy!

Hey there! You kicked butt this month and should be REALLY PROUD of your hard work!!!

I have eaten so poorly this past week that I didn't even weigh in today. This is called "DENIAL." :-\ Promising to be better to me this weekend and not wasting my days in April like I did in March. I ate away my emotions even though I know there is nothing good that comes of it!

How many days until you see your parents again? I'm really excited for you!!!

I had such a long day yesterday. I didn't get my workout in. By the time I got home, I ate and collapsed on my couch. I didn't even make it to my bedroom! Needless to say, I went over my calories yesterday and I didn't get my exercise in for the day. So I guess yesterday was my unofficial cheat day. Which means no cheat day again until next week. That's my rule and I am sticking to it! I hope your week is going good. Today has been much better for me. :)
