Time to Change

I've had a page on here before, but keep falling off the wagon and ultimately forgot what my login info was. So, back again, to try this all over again. We're gonna try it, and we're gonna try sticking to it. Here's hoping.

My Goals:
-Lose 30lbs by Christmas
-Be told my BP is back within normal range again (WITHOUT needing expensive medication!)
-To gain higher self-esteem and self-confidence
-To look like how I feel inside.
-Lose 50lbs by my next birthday in July.
-Walk 1 hour on TreadClimber with it set between 1.0 mph and 2.0 mph non-stop.

My Program:
-Changing what and how much I eat.
-Walking on my Treadclimber at LEAST 10 minutes 5 days a week (record so far has been 46 mins!)
-Doing wall/counter push-ups -- at least 25 each time I'm in the kitchen.
-Doing leg exercises in bed before going to sleep and in the morning upon waking up.
