Thank you for the blog comment! I've had depression and anxiety issues pretty much my entire life, and I thought at first, that was what it was. Now I'm not so sure. I think the thinking time and the exertion just push us emotionally. Unless you are feeling really sad, then please talk to someone! It helps a lot :D Good luck on your journey!
