I think it is time that we schedule in us in to our timetables, with the ways things are now we hardly have time for ourselves farless to make a concetrated effort to get healthy, but I THINK ITS TIME !!!!!!!!! so in between work, kids, school, home, freinds, and other commitments that people depend on us for, let start depending on ourselves to get healthy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is to loose enough weight that i feel good about myself and how i look in the mirror,


My Program:
my overall program is to take it one day at a time, i have a goal in mind and a date that i want to acheive that goal but, i know if i concentrate on that too much, i will get daunted by how big it looks and just give up, i know i have been trying for the last 4 yrs . So this is it , take it one day at a time, i refuse to do the weighing thing every week, because i dont like disappoint ment so i have decided to concentrate on mainly loosing the inches for now, making it through one day at a time, set goals for every day - my water, exercising and eating healthy, i know once i havwe gotten into the habit of living healthy i will have no problem loosing the weight !!!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON ME !!!!!!!!!



Personal Information:
I am a mother of two, living inTrinidad(West Indies) love food, (go figure) and our indigenious food is very rich, and our daily menus are very Carbs based lots of rice, potaotes, pasta and ground provision(yams, casava ) that kind of thing so, i am finding it very hard to chage the way i eat and what i eat, but i am trying and looking hoping out there is someone who understands what i am going through , i am a great listener so anyone needing to chat feel free i have varied interest from books to music to cooking to gym, to dealing with kids, studying and working full time, to convincing loved ones that this time it for real !!!!

    Believe me, we all understand the difficulties in trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Especially when the environment you live in is not helpful. This is a wonderful place to meet others who understand and can help to motivate you to stay on track and do something for yourself.
