Welcome! I know it's hard at first, track your foods, it helps to do it the night before so you are prepared. If I get too hungry I'll go back to old habits quick. Biggest change for me was packing food for lunches and keeping a high protein snack in my purse at all times. I buy in bulk, I have a family and it's just cheaper, and portion things out in ziploc bags and those semi-disposable plastic containers. Also try to see if you can work a vegetable in EVERY meal.
