Hola :) I saw your comment on my blog and answered over there...but then realized you probably don't get notified about that....so...here's a notification, haha.

Yes, I was there. I did OK. I have been hurt for 6 months. I jammed my hip sled-riding, and didn't really know it until I started running the higher mileages - ended up doing the Flying Pig and entire hour slower than my PR. A couple days after that, I went and found out that I ran with my right leg shorter than my left, and had to have it pulled out of the socket. So, my comeback has been slow. I met my goal at the Blast, though - 10:30 pace exactly. (Last year my goal would have been 8:30... maybe someday I will be there again.

How did you do?

Wow! you listen to a large variety of music. I read your comment on Debbie page. I also like all kinds of music from some rap to classical. I don't have much country, but to get my butt going on my workout I love my girl Beyonce. Well tC to you.

Shelly on a mission!

Hi! I went on the Bike Team archive, searching for anyone who has posted great biking music...and I came across your post, back in August '06. I wrote down your whole list and will start researching those songs.
Wanted to say Thank you for posting the song and the artist.
I appreciate your list.
NOW...if you have any additional ones, which I'm sure you've changed it up in the last 12 1/2 yrs, I'd be happy to see your list.
I'm looking for hard, fast paced, songs, that tend to be a little longer than a minute or two.
