its time!!!

Hello... my goals are to take off 20 lbs. and get my eating habits back to good . Get back to exercise, starting with 3 times a week, hope to add more. Have loved biking in the passed need to get the bikes out and maybe try to run a 5k. Im very busy (like everyone else) , working has been an excuse not to eat healthy and not workout.
