By the grace of God, I have adopted a healthier lifestyle. This includes my fitness and nutrition habits. SparkPeople is an AWESOME way to help me keep on track and for accountability. I love it. The daily tracker is my favorite phone app. I really find it encouraging to use this tool to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.

I would like to maintain a healthy weight range and BMI, as I was very underweight previously.

My Program:
 I track my calories, eat what I want but in a balanced way, and work out at our local fitness center with a friend.
