Trying to get fit

I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife, mom and full-time nursing student. I've made every excuse in the book about why I don't have time to work out. I just need to get up and do it. My goal is to lose about 35 lbs. I'm excited to get back to this.

I used to have the Oikos every morning, but learned how much it takes to make Greek yogurt and how much is waste materials afterward they can't do anything with. I'm also trying to keep as many pesticides out of my families diet, so I've switched to Stonyfield Farms regular yogurt (it's organic). I use the vanilla type, but will do their plain kind if I want to make a dip.

I'm glad you found something you enjoy eating. emoticon

Thanks for the friend add. I've just added you back. I read that you want to start a running program. Good for you! When I first tried to run I could only manage 30 SECONDS. I began run/walk intervals increasing the running VERY gradually (15 SECONDS per week). 30 years later I'm still "in the race"
