Trying to get fit

I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife, mom and full-time nursing student. I've made every excuse in the book about why I don't have time to work out. I just need to get up and do it. My goal is to lose about 35 lbs before I graduate. I'm excited to get back to this.

Good Monday Morning! Krys here, stopping by to wish you a week full of good choices, exercise, and ounces and ounces worth of crystal clear water. How are things going for you this colorful month of October? Here in Florida, the weather has been bouncing between the low 90's and the mid 80's which is pretty typical for this time a year. Do you have any fall festivities planned for this month? My family and I are always very involved in Halloween and fall festivities so I have not been Sparking as much as I would like. The first costume party occurred this weekend and was very enjoyable, I posted some pictures of me and my husband in costume. Even in my absence, my family of Sparkers is never far from my thoughts, so I wanted to send you some "you can do it" motivation and check in.

I am cheering for you!

Thanks for adding me as a friend and noticing our Shih-Tzu/Pomeranian, Edison. He's a 4 year old rescue dog we adopted about 2 years ago and couldn't be sweeter. Prior to Edison, we also had a Yorkie that I adored. All dogs confer that wonderful acceptance of life and love of other to which we all aspire.
