Trying to get fit

I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife, mom and full-time nursing student. I've made every excuse in the book about why I don't have time to work out. I just need to get up and do it. My goal is to lose about 35 lbs. I'm excited to get back to this.

Your sleep schedule sounds similar to what mine will be. I don't have to get up until 7:45, but I'll still need that extra hour somewhere. Naps will be in my future!
