I'm hoping 2016 is my year!!

I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife and mom and am a full-time registered nurse. I work midnights and am struggling to find the motivation to get moving because of my crazy hours. I need to stop making excuses and just get up and do it. My goal is to lose about at least 25 lbs, but would really like to lose 35-40. I'm excited to get back to this.

Hey Spark'in Minion! ( O-O )

WHAAAT? 's up with you? How's your November going so far?

Me? Oh, I've been very busy with family visiting from Germany and my daughter making the varsity basketball team. Although I have been very bad at reading blogs and responding, I have not fallen off the wagon, even if it means walking my miles on the treadmill in front of the TV from 10:00 pm - 12:00 am each night they have been getting done.

I've got my fingers crossed - Hoping to reach the 170's sometime this week. Only 6 lbs left to reach my 175 lbs mini goal by Thanksgiving and walk into my surgeon's office to hand him his I'm grateful for YOU card....
