Trying to get fit

I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife, mom and full-time nursing student. I've made every excuse in the book about why I don't have time to work out. I just need to get up and do it. My goal is to lose about 35 lbs. I'm excited to get back to this.

ACRAIG921 No loss but no gain this week. I'll have to work a little harder this week.

Thank you for being here as such a supportive friend. Lately I've been struggling more than usual with my confidence and blue mood. It's difficult to use words when I believe that that gives the feelings more power. They're harder to ignore.
I appreciate your warmth and support. I go back and read your comments, and comments from a couple of others and it really helps lift my mood.
