Here are my goals for BLC 24:

(1) Exercise at least 20 minutes every day.

(2) Eat at least three vegetables a day.

I want to lose 15 more pounds by December 31, 2014.

Personal Information:
I am a retired elementary school principal. I have worked as a student teacher supervisor, instructional consultant and an elementary school teacher. I have been happily married for 42 years. I have two grown daughters and one granddaughter.

Other Information:
I love to read. I usually read about three books a week on my ipad. I also have many friends that meet often to eat, drink, play games and just have fun.

I also love to travel. In the last few years, I have been to Paris, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Norway and London. In April 12014, my friends and I will travel France to visit wineries and finish up in Paris.
