My name is Andrea, I'm 33, married, so far childless and looking to lose some extra pounds! I don't want to be a stick, but I want to be healthy, and I don't want to be plus-sized anymore. I'm aiming for an 8 as an ultimate goal, since I've never been thin enough to wear a 8, and it's a single digit, woot woot! (I'm currently in a 10, and if the 8 I wear is a pair of stretchy pants I'm totally cool with not going below a 10.) ETA June 2014 - I currently own a SIZE 8 pair of capris!!

I have a wonderful husband and a 3 year old Boston Terrier named Bingley who is like my child. (No I don't walk him in a stroller or anything, but I love him just as much as I would my own child.)

I'm tracking my nutrition and exercise via SparkPeople, and using my FitBit to try to keep an average of 8000+ steps a day, plus intermittent strength training.

1.25 gallons of water a day?! Does Adarkara stand for "camel girl" ? emoticon
I thought I was doing good at 12-14 glasses a day, but that pales in comparison!

I can't get enough of those crazy monkeys. Makin' me nervous right now, though, they're one of the ones in deep with the taxman!! There may be some jail time in their future!! I don't want them to not be able to come overseas.

My fav orite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch, it is called LUNCH!!! emoticon emoticon What's yours?
