Creating a New and Healthier Me!

My name is Allison. I have always been heavier than others, but enough is enough!!! I am tired of this. I am DONE being the fat girl. I am done with people staring at me. I am DONE feeling embarassed of myself. I am DONE missing out on life because I don't won't to be embarassed.

My name is Allison. I have always been heavier than others, but enough is enough!!! I am tired of this. I am DONE being the fat girl. I am done with people staring at me. I am DONE feeling embarassed of myself. I am DONE missing out on life because I don't won't to be embarassed.

I remember once when I went to Cancun. While there I went on a Jungle Safari ride (on jet skis) into the middle of the ocean to the coral reefs. When we got there we did some snorkeling and saw some of the world under the water. Everything was great, until it was time to get back on the jet skis to head back. I could not pull myself on the jet ski. I was mortified. So, they told me to climb in the boat and ride back. I couldn't get into the boat by myself. Therefore, someone had to help me. Well, not one man, or two, but three men had to pull me up onto the boat. Again, I was MORTIFIED!!! Ever since then, I have let my weight get in the way, because I will not be in a situation like that again! No more. I do not want to be like that, but I also don't want to miss out on things because of my fear.

Another thing, I want to be fit and fabulous by forty. Sooo, what better time to start than now???

My Goals:
I would like to lose a total of about 140 lbs. I know this will be difficult and will take a long time. I hope and pray that I can make a lifestyle change that will last.

Jog and then run for extended amounts of time. Eventually run a 1/2 marathon and then a whole marathon.

I can't wait to be in One-derland! I hope to be there by the end of this year or even before.

My Program:
Cardio 3 to 5 days a week for 30 minutes.

Strength training every other day. Upper nd lower body.

Drink 32 oz of water a day.

Write everything I eat in my food journal.
