Hi! I'm Andrea!

I've been a sparkpeople memeber for about 3 years. I love that this site keeps me accountable! I have FINALLY started to make progress in my weightloss journey. Consistency is the KEY! It wasn't until I got serious and started being consistent w/ my clean eating habits that I had success.

I feel great and am working towards a little more weight loss and muscle definition.

My Goals:
127 lbs by 1/1/10...aka MIAMI

8.3 min mile 1/2 marathon Nov. 7th --ACCOMPLISHED!


Get back down to 129lbs by Dec. 30th--and MAINTAIN IT

Track all my food intake! and STAY AT or BELOW 1300 cals EVERY DAY!!!!!!

NO DRINKING!

LOG a minimum of 300 mins of working out/wk

ABSOLUTELY NO ARTIFICAL SWEETNERS OR FOODS

Full marathon Mar. 21

My Program:
--1300 cals or less/day- lower carb, higher protein; clean eating--10 lbs in 21 days diet from oxygen magazine...

Monday: AM spin class 60 min/abs

Tuesday: 5:45 am BOOTCAMP w/ Mike

Wednesday: Abs class/ spin class

Thursday: Upper Body/interval training

Friday: lower body/run

Saturday: 1.5 hr BOOTCAMP or off

Sunday: Upper body w/ trainer/HIT

Other Information:

Congrats on your weight loss success so far -- you're doing such a great job! I just started SP not too long ago, so it's still very much a work in progress for me! ;)

Hey there, looks like you are one of the Charlotte Fitness Leaders in August! Good work!

I was looking at your Food Tracker and noticed that you have the ability to add in Mid afternoon snack and Mid morning snack....how did you do that? I just have one snack area.
