It's the little things
The few extra stairs, deciding to go to bed or brush my teeth so I won't ruin my calories for the day, adding a delicious vegetable to dinner and then realizing that I don't even want the dessert I thought I craved, the meditation or affirmations that give me that little bit of extra kick of energy to stick with it, eating 100 calories under max limit each day so I can have pancakes and bacon on the weekend (and break the cycle of impulse mistakes), putting the fork down if the dessert doesn't ...
The few extra stairs, deciding to go to bed or brush my teeth so I won't ruin my calories for the day, adding a delicious vegetable to dinner and then realizing that I don't even want the dessert I thought I craved, the meditation or affirmations that give me that little bit of extra kick of energy to stick with it, eating 100 calories under max limit each day so I can have pancakes and bacon on the weekend (and break the cycle of impulse mistakes), putting the fork down if the dessert doesn't knock my socks off (is it really worth that extra hour of workout?), learning new healthy recipes that address my cravings without breaking the calorie bank. No one thing will make or break my progress, but each adds up to big changes. I know I couldn't do it without you guys! Thanks for the boost!

My Goals:
I'm here to lose about 20 lbs.
My Program:
206 - original start weight 204 - new start weight, 199 = massage 195 = pedicure 190 = dinner at fancy restaurant with my honey 185 = trip to Chelsea galleries 180- BMI 24.4 = retreat!
Other Information:
Non-drug things that helped: Antiperspirant: keeps athlete's foot problems away. Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/2 that and 1/2 water (1/3 - 2/3 if you can't tolerate it so strong) daily 15 min soak (don't wash off) will cure in a about 4-6 weeks. Use foot-sized tupperware, same batch for up to a week. Spray shoes with anti-fungal, change socks and towels often. Magnesium: Ended muscular pain in back and neck so it's in the normal range. Reduced sinus inflammation - I'm almost normal! Ended neighbor's heart palpitations when doctor confirmed she had a deficiency. Tea Tree Oil: 24 drops each tea tree oil and lavender oil whipped into 2 tablespoons of Gold Bond cream (could be any cream), a little rubbed into feet daily: anti-fungal (as well as antiseptic, anti-viral) and for some reason appears to have reduced swelling and pain in my feet as well.
