The Turtle Dreams

I'm a 28 yr old wanting to lose just over 100 lb before my 30th birthday. I've tried before (yeah, who hasn't, right?) but have decided that this is it. Life has been CHAOS lately with finishing up school and doing internships and working and a bazillion other things, but I've decided this has to be a priority. And life will calm down soon, right?

My Goals:
#1: Lose 105.6 lb by the day before my 30th birthday
#2: Hike a long-distance trail (Colorado Trail or Superior Hiking trail to start....)
#3: Be an inspiration to my family and friends who need to lose weight

My Program:
Starting slow--I figure 1 lb per week is pretty do-able, right? Here's what I'm planning:
-- drink more water. Always.
-- Exercise at least 15 min. per day. I spend that amount of time on Pinterest almost without fail, pretty sure I can fit it in for exercise....
-- Go outside and play at least 1x per week. Especially now that spring is almost here...!
-- Plan out my meals (and track my food intake) for at least 5 days per week
