I don't know what weight will be the 'right' weight for me, so I'm just gonna keep going and evaluate as time goes on. EXERCISE! I absolutely love working out.... - I play netball once a week - badminton once a week for 2 hours - work on strength training (yawn!) as much as possible! Burn burn burn those calories every week. Dump junk food.

My name is Adz, i'm 26 years old. I've been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I'm so bored of it. I'm bored of being worried about how I look. I'm bored of not being able to wear the outfits I want because of my weight. As a 26 year old, I shouldn't be doing this to myself. I wanna be completely HAPPY with my body and my health. I love sports. I play netball and badminton every week. I'm on a low-carb plan (not any specific one: my own one from the various information I've seen out there). I know low carb is not for everyone, but it definitely is right for me.
