My Goals:
To reach a SEXY weight, where I feel overly confident about myself. I wanna be able to wear a bikini and not feel self-conscious.

1st 10K completed - Beast in the East 18th May 2013

2nd 10K completed - Greenwich Park Run 17th August 2013 - time 1:01:33

2014 goals:

First half marathon - 23rd March (aiming for under 2.5hours)

Tough Mudder - 27th April

Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 10K - 22nd November (aiming for under 1 hour)

My Program:
EXERCISE! I absolutely love working out....

- I play netball once a week

- badminton once a week for 2 hours

- work on strength training (yawn!) as much as possible!

Burn burn burn those calories every week.

Dump junk food.

Personal Information:
My name is Adz, i'm 27 years old. I've been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I'm so bored of it. I'm bored of being worried about how I look. I'm bored of not being able to wear the outfits I want because of my weight. As a 27 year old, I shouldn't be doing this to myself. I wanna be completely HAPPY with my body and my health.

I love sports. I play netball and badminton every week.

I'm on a low-carb plan (not any specific one: my own one from the various information I've seen out there). I know low carb is not for everyone, but it definitely is right for me.
