I don't know what weight will be the 'right' weight for me, so I'm just gonna keep going and evaluate as time goes on.

I love Spark, meeting new people, motivating people who can spur me on and vice versa. Let's do this. 2013...I WILL reach my "happy weight" and become the happy confident person I know I can be.

EXERCISE! I absolutely love working out....

- I play netball once a week

- badminton once a week for 2 hours

- work on strength training (yawn!) as much as possible!

Personal Information:
My name is Adz, i'm 26 years old. I've been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I'm so bored of it. I'm bored of being worried about how I look. I'm bored of not being able to wear the outfits I want because of my weight. As a 26 year old, I shouldn't be doing this to myself. I wanna be completely HAPPY with my body and my health.

I love sports. I play netball and badminton every week.

I'm on a low-carb plan (not any specific one: my own one from the various information I've seen out there). I know low carb is not for everyone, but it definitely is right for me.

Thank you for the comment on my blog. I'm glad you only had one of those attacks! I wish you hadn't have even had that one, but thank god they didn't continue. And yes, I love avocado too! :)

Just saw your comment on my page as well. :) I can't wait to see your food blogs! And I still haven't decided on whether I want to try the fat fast or not. I mean I've been eating well but this week it doesn't look like they'll be a big loss like last week. We shall see. :) Let me know what your results are!

And yes I am SO serious about this! I have surprised myself! Lol. Thanks for the encouraging words! :) So sweet! Oh and yes I like to cook. I don't really bake though. Lol.

Heya girly, thanks for the blog comment. Being the mother of a young daughter, I really have had to start watching how I talk about myself. When she sees me workout, I don't say "it's cause mommy is fat" I say "mommy works out so she can be nice and strong" and when she wants candy and I say no, I don't say "it'll make you fat" I say "if you eat too much bad food, it will make your tummy ache" and when I give us fruit or veggies I say "it's to help you grow big muscles!" It's really hard because I've always been a self hater, but I can't allow myself to do that in front of her. It would kill me if she grew up hating her body, and the scary part is that they say girls are starting younger and younger on the body loathing thing. It's a terrifying thing,

And thank you for the advice. I am def not letting any treats in. I knew when I didn't even have a treat on birthday that I was serious about this thing! Lol! So thank you for believing in me! I really see myself below 200 before July is over. I think that's a big part of all this, is that we have to really envision and SEE it in our minds and it comes true!

And I love the English phrases! Keep em coming girl! Lol!

Oh and I just posted another food blog if you wanna check it out. I'm still waiting on you to do more. :)

Hey girl! Thx so much for stopping by my blog and for the comment! I'm trying to be like you girl losing 30lbs! Of course I'm gonna lose more but I will be SO excited to get to 30lbs lost....really I need to lose 21 more lbs to be under 200. I think I can do that before the end of July! What do you think? I've never done low carb long term like I am now so does the rate of weight loss slow way down or stay pretty much the same if you're doing the same things that helped you lose the first bit? Of course I know you can't tell me what my body will do, but I'm just trying to get a general idea. :) Thanks! And no problem on the birthday girl...thx for the birthday wish!
